Every customer is different. With our machines and services, we address both small, medium-sized and large manufacturing companies. It doesn´t matter whether you have your own service team or your machine operators need to rely on external know-how for repairs. Our qualified service team will be available to you without any restrictions during the service hours and will support you via remote service and directly on site in fault tracking and troubleshooting.
Our service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Our individually trained service technicians know the machines up to the last screw. If you would like to request scheduled overhaul or maintenance, we will be happy to arrange an appointment with you. In case of machine downtime, it is important to act quickly. Our trainings are also tailored to your machines and employees. We go through the maintenance plan step by step, talk with your machine operators and service technicians about safety, typical application errors and diagnostic options. Acting instead of reacting – this is especially important when replacing wear parts. We know when a component should be replaced to avoid machine failure in the worst case, and proactively inform you when you need new relevant parts such as hydraulic hoses or safety glass. We always have a sufficient stock of spare parts so that the components can be delivered and installed quickly.
Of course, we also take care of professional commissioning and optimisation of the machines. The commissioning team references all axes and determines the zero points so that the machine delivers precise results from the outset.
Whether you merely plan to restructure the machine in the plant, for example, from hall A to hall B, or whether you want to relocate the corresponding machine abroad; we support you both with professional disassembly and reassembly and transportation.
Many user issues can be resolved via remote access and telephone. In the beta diagnosis, the service technician identifies, for example, missing or incorrectly set parameters and can correct them directly. Thanks to the software, they can see the machine screen, examine the error messages and operate the system and, where appropriate, give instructions to the adjuster on site.
Even if the problem cannot be solved right away, at least the source of the error can be narrowed down, thus allowing the technician to prepare for the job on-site. Instead of having to assess the error only when on site, they have the suitable tools/spare part ready and know where to start. This approach saves time and guarantees you the promised machine availability.
SERVICE 4.0: OUR SYSTEM OPTS FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our primary objective is to guarantee machine availability. This also includes the preventive approach. Does the machine deliver the required output, and is the performance within the normal range? We have the answers!
Secure internet remote diagnostics of machines and equipment is guaranteed via an Ethernet router. Our favoured REX Ethernet routers with built-in firewall and protected OpenVPN remote maintenance access comply with the highest demands on data security. The myREX24 V2 portal allows comprehensive monitoring (monitoring of limit values and fault events) as well as alarm functions enabling fast response times and minimising machine downtime.

Of course, we also have the possibility to access customer-specific system portals. If an on-site appointment is necessary despite online diagnostics, a technician will be at your site with the right tools and spare parts right away!
