Starting at our original company headquarters in Denklingen near Landsberg am Lech, at Schuster we have been moving our customers forward for over 40 years. To do so, we continuously improve our industry-leading machine building solutions with ongoing innovation in terms of quality and precision. In the meantime, our solutions are exported all over the world. In addition, we work together with you as we perpetually push the today’s metal processing standards forward. Based on your individual challenges, we select a machine from a modular system of machine series and we add optional characteristics/equipment or we develop a specific, specialized machine. This is what we call honest machine building among equals.

Company foundation. Production of machines for manufacturing rock and hammer drills begins.

1995

Development of the spiral milling machine and expansion of automation technology

1997

Development of the vertical lathe platform VTM 350

2003

Expansion of the vertical lathe platform to become the flexible rotary cell F40

2004

Development of the 7G Impulser for high-speed impact cutting

2006

Expansion of vertical turning with the pick-up series F15

2009

Takeover by DHG, a family-run investment company

2010

Delivery of the first turning and hobbing centers as well as transfer lines for complete shaft machining (turning, milling, grinding, measuring, automation)

2011

Expansion of the P series and introduction of the V series (double spindle machine)

2014

Introduction of the new design in the F and V series

2015

Opening of the new assembly hall and photovoltaic system for approx. 2000,000 kWh per year

2019

Approx. 100 employees and turnover of approx. 25 million euros
