Partner portrait: Wütschner - everything from a single source
In a loose series of posts we introduce our partners on our blog. Today: Wütschner Industrietechnik GmbH. We have been working closely with the trading partner based in Schweinfurt in Lower Franconia since 2017. Its tools and our machines are the perfect match when it comes to precisely fitting solutions for demanding customers in the machining industry.
Well-functioning partnerships are the be-all and end-all in the project business and an absolute prerequisite for being able to offer the customer an optimal - and above all also economical - result in the end. For us as a machine builder, the cooperation with the future-oriented tool supplier is a remarkable example. Wütschner not only represents the complete range of cutting technology for metal processing, but also offers clamping and measuring equipment as well as everything for factory equipment and occupational safety in addition to cutting tools. Founded in 1949 and now run by the third generation of the family, the company is wherever - as they say so well themselves - their medium-sized customers need them to be.
Everything from a single source? With a range of over 1 million items of branded products from the world's leading quality manufacturers, you can say that. And finding the exact tooling solution for machining a specific component from this variety is the valuable core competence of our trading partner.
Johannes Mathias, Authorised signatory and Head of Sales, one of our contact persons from the Wütschner TEAM, also confirms that our interaction at the customer's works virtuously. Over the years, a trusting partnership has developed which we greatly appreciate. We work together on special solutions for each individual customer - most recently for a hidden champion in the field of high-performance ceramics, where we were able to prove that we complement each other perfectly. We at Schuster design our machine to meet the special machining requirements, Wütschner Industrietechnik offers the matching tool solution which brings us back again to: Everything from a single source. A process that involves many project steps, from determining the machining requirement to developing the right product. "And a process that involves human interaction. That's why it's nice that both companies always focus on the customer," Johannes Mathias points out the similarities.
We are pleased that we will once again have the opportunity to "make common cause" at the Wütschner Technology Days in Schweinfurt on October 7th and 8th, 2022. We will be happy to be guests and present our innovations as part of the Wütschner in-house exhibition, which will focus on developments and highlights regarding cutting tools, clamping devices and peripheral equipment.
